Pub Quiz Held on Behalf

at The Five Bells, Woodspeen nr Newbury
A fun evening was had by all on Saturday 3rd May 2008 when
The Five Bells public house at Woodspeen nr Newbury kindly
hosted a pub quiz in aid of fly2help.
A total of £186.90 was raised during the course of the
evening which comprised not only the quiz but also a raffle
of some fantastic prizes which were very kindly donated to
us.

would like to particularly thank Emma Holland for the idea,
for setting the event up and for all the hard work she put
into arranging the entire evening. Huge thanks also go to
John the landlord of The Five Bells, who not only acted as
quizmaster, but provided a delicious buffet at the end of
the evening!
We should also like to thank all the attendees and all the
raffle contributors.
With successful evenings like these, fly2help
can be assured of putting more smiles on the faces of even
more deserving beneficiaries.
