| Kemble Air Day - A
Great Success!
Sunday 15th June 2008 saw another great day for fly2help
when we had a presence at no less than four locations at Kemble
Air Day !
 Aside
from our normal stall, we were lucky enough to be the nominated
charity for the Bristol Britannia Restoration Society. The
Royal Artillery very generously allowed us the proceeds from
their climbing wall and we also had a small stand in the V.I.P.
enclosure. A big thank you for your wonderful support.
The day was made even more special by the return of some
of the scholars who had participated in the first Kemble Airport
Flying Scholarships held in April. They were kept busy by
selling raffle tickets, helping out generally and also talking
to next years prospective scholars. Thank you all !
Finally, no event would be complete without the hugely generous
support of our team of volunteers who give their time and
energy so freely and without complaint - no matter how
long the day is! Thank you all so much, without you, events
like this would not be possible.

would also like to say a huge thank you to all the members
of the public who contributed funds not only through the above,
but via raffle tickets and donations. We are still awaiting
a final figure, but so far a total of £605.15 has been
raised - Thank you, that means more blue skies on the horizon!
