Fly2Help Gala Dinner

£34,000 raised at the Gala Dinner

fly2help would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who bought tickets, entered the raffle and bid in the auction at our Gala Dinner on 4 May.  In the splendour of the RAF Club in Piccadilly, Master of Ceremonies Paul Beaver guided us through a spirited Heads and Tails, a welcome speech from CEO Alison Pavier and a thrilling description of test piloting from out founder, Phill O’Dell.  Mark Greenfield valiantly stepped in as Auctioneer, sending the unique Spitfire model painted by leading aviation artist, David Bent, to a new home in Kent thanks to our very generous supporter, John Pembrook.  Thank you so much to Universal Weather for sponsoring the Gala Dinner and to all the individuals and companies who donated items for our auction.  We can do a great deal of good with the sum raised.
